Comfort Suites Burlington Washington Review - Caleb

Comfort Suites Burlington Near I-5

During our vacation in western Washington, my spouse and I stayed at Comfort Suites Burlington Washington for seven nights with our service dog. Upon arrival, we informed the staff about our service animal and filled out the necessary paperwork. Caleb helped us with the check-in process, and everything seemed to be fine at first. However, upon our return to the lobby after gathering our belongings, our dog barked, and Caleb accused us of trying to pass off a non-service animal as a service animal. He called me a liar and a scammer, insisting that he knew the law and demanded proof that our dog was a service animal, or else we would incur a pet fee. Despite informing him that under Federal and State law, I did not have to provide any kind of proof or certification, he continued to insist that he knew better and threatened to charge us extra. Things worsened each evening as we returned to the hotel after our outings, with Caleb giving us evil stares and making rude gestures. My spouse and I felt harassed and bullied by someone meant to serve us. On the day of our checkout, we discovered that one of our car tires had been flattened and slashed, which made us wonder if Caleb was behind it. My spouse and I were deeply disturbed by Caleb's behavior and treatment of us, and we hope that other guests will not be subjected to the same treatment.
